Mercure Fukuoka Munakata Resort & Spa

Room and beds were very comfortable and clean. We stayed there last year and was not happy with the dirty carpet in the rooms. Problem was fixed this visit- looks like a carpet replacement had taken place. The Onsen on site is one of the best onsens I've ever visited, great longe area to relax and enjoy complimentary tea after a soak. Staff were amazing- so courteous- great checkin experience. Will book this property again if traveling in the area.

The location is in the middle of nowhere no shops around expensive Taxis to get to anywhere. dinner at the hotel was very expensive
